Check in and Check out times:
You can check in from 15:00. You need to check out by 11:00. Late checkout is sometimes available, please ask your representative about this when you arrive!

Credit cards:
A booking deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking. This will be £50 or £100. Remainder of the payment is taken on the day of arrival unless you (the customer) state otherwise and want to pay with cash.
Deposits are non-refundable. We charge a minimum of £100 deposit for big event weekends which is non refundable.

Security Deposit : No additional security deposit is required, however, any incidental expenses may be charged to your credit card. E.G Missing items on the inventory and non accidental damage to the apartment up to £1000. We reserve this right. An extra £40 is charged for apartments that are left in a bad state and this is non negotiable and is charged to the credit card made to reserve the apartment when you book direct with us or any of our partners Laterooms.com Booking.com FlatDragon.com

Broadband : We supply broadband in the form of a dongle. 3G or T-Mobile. This is a pay as you go system. We top it up £10 which will last approx 30 days as long as you only surf and email. If you download music and/or movies the charge will expire in just a day or two. If this occurs you can purchase load at any Tesco or Morrisons supermarket. On very rare occasions if reception is poor you may not get a service and we cannot guarantee it. If this occurs FlatDragon Ltd are in no way responsible for purchasing or providing any further service.

Cancellation Policy:
The initial deposit of £50 or £100 is non-refundable.
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the full cost of the stay. No refunds will be made for non arrivals
